5 churches, a pub and big skies.

This walk will visit 5 of the 14 medieval churches in Romney Marsh. We will start in Brookland, whose church is noted for its unique spire before moving on to Fairfield, which has featured as a location for many film shoots. We continue to Snargate where we will take lunch. Our route continues to Brenzett and then on to Ivychurch, the so-called Cathedral of the Marsh. See link below for more background on the churches.

In addition to visiting the churches we will enjoy the rural landscape of the marsh and appreciate how radically it has changed over the centuries.
