Aldington

Meet by the playing field, opposite The Walnut Tree pub in Aldington. Please park considerately in Roman Road near to the playing field. Don’t use the Village Hall or Walnut Tree car parks.

The walk is via St Martin's Church, Postling, Saxon Shore Way to Court at Street Chapel, with views over the Channel and Romney Marsh - return via Honeypot, Royal Military Canal Path and St Rumwolds Church, Bonnington.

Possibility of refreshments at the Walnut Tree at the end of the walk. The pub is now under new management and first reports are that the Sunday lunches are very good, but reservations are recommended – please contact the pub direct on 01233 720298 if you wish to book.
