Ash

Meet at the village car park, The Street (free and opposite the Chequers Inn).

This is a circular walk heading through Plucks Gutter, west along the River Stour, West Stourmouth and Elmstone and the route is either flat or across gently rolling countryside with no steep hills.

There will be a 30-minute lunch stop at Plucks Gutter by the Dog and Duck pub. Packed lunch suggested. 

(Ash is served by an hourly bus service on Sundays from both Canterbury and Sandwich directions).
