Austin Lodge Valley

A scenic walk through the woodland tracks and chalk grassland of the peaceful Austin Lodge Valley to the east of Shoreham. On a clear day we can expect distant views of The Shard, Canary Wharf and the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge, contrasting with the wildflowers of the Valley.

The walk includes two steep climbs (one near the start and one towards the end) and one long steady incline. There are approximately five stiles, and one long and steep flight of descending steps.

Although this is a dog-friendly walk, please note the stiles and steps before deciding to bring your dog.
