Location: Meet at the church on Southborough Common. Church Road is off the A26 (London Road) on the right-hand side coming from Bromley. Parking is limited, so allow time in case you need to park a little way away.

From Southborough Common our route takes us through a mixture of woods and farmland, with some sections along (hopefully) quiet lanes. Our picnic stop is at Fordcombe, where there is also the possibility of a drink in the pub. The early afternoon gives us good views back to London, and our path then follows the Wealdway and Tunbridge Wells Circular.
