Circular Walk from Cascades Leisure Centre

Starting from the car park, heading towards the Disused golf course, through to Shorne common, into Shorne country park following footpaths to Cardiac hill, then to the exit via footpaths to Thong lane crossing over and back to the car park via Shorne West. Muddy and hilly terrain, poles recommended.
