Oxleas - Thames Barrier circular walk. Urban, common, wooded parks, industrial. 3 short sharp inclines in return half. Toilets at Barrier and start/end. Cafe at end. Note this is a planned test day at the Barrier. It will be raised and the Thames at a standstill.

No dogs allowed.
