The simplest approach is stepping out from your front door for an informal walk. Kent offers numerous country parks, such as Knole Park, with well-maintained tracks suitable for casual footwear.\n\n## Benefits of Group Walking\n\nWalking with a group brings companionship, motivation and the opportunity to walk in more remote places without requiring advanced navigation skills. Pub stops availability also differs between groups.\n\n## Trying Before Joining\n\nNon-members can participate in 2 or 3 walks before committing to membership.
