Grove Ferry 13 mile circular

We meet at Grove Ferry picnic carpark where charges are £3.50 for the day, so feel free to consider car sharing. There are toilets here plus a refreshments van. Although it is reasonable mileage this is a virtually flat walk. We head out through Stodmarsh Nature Reserve and on to Wickhambreax, then Preston before heading north and a comfort break and refreshments at the Dog and Duck Inn, Plucks Gutter. We then return mostly via Saxon Shore Way to Grove Ferry. Refreshments are available from the van parked up or The Grove Ferry Inn. I have not made any bookings so please feel free to book if you want for a late lunch.
