Matfield, Petteridge and Becketts Grove

From the green and pond in Matfield, we join the High Weald Landscape trail and then skirt the village of Petteridge on our way south-east.  The walk goes through lots of orchards at Cryals farm and then Becketts Farm. On the way back to Matfield we may see the horses at Lodge Farm taking the jumps.

There are lots of ups and downs on this walk, but no sustained ascents.  There will also be a few stiles and some quiet road walking.
