Mugswell Revisited (Banstead Wood to Mugswell Circular) Wednesday 19 July

A gentle stroll around the Surrey Hills - we walk via Chipstead Bottom and the Long Plantation for lunch either near (if sandwiches) or in the popular Well House Inn at Mugswell - home of the eponymous St Margaret's Well. Replete after a suitable repast we repair north via the Surrey Downs Golf Club and Banstead Wood back to our cars.
