Launched at the Eurotunnel Exhibition Centre on 30 April 1994, the 22.5 mile Way gives the walker the opportunity to explore the delights of the [Elham Valley](http://www.elham.co.uk/) between Hythe and Canterbury.  This quiet countryside reveals its hidden delights as the route crosses and re-crosses the now-abandoned [Elham Valley railway line](http://www.elham.co.uk/elham/elham%20valley%20railway/elham_valley_railway.htm).
