**Kent Ramblers**

Step out and explore the Kent countryside by following one of the most popular of the county's recreation routes. Launched at the Eurotunnel Exhibition Centre on 30 April 1994, the 22.5 mile Way gives the walker the opportunity to explore the delights of the [Elham Valley](http://www.elham.co.uk/) between Hythe and Canterbury. This quiet countryside reveals its hidden delights as the route crosses and re-crosses the now-abandoned [Elham Valley railway line](http://www.elham.co.uk/elham/elham%20valley%20railway/elham_valley_railway.htm). The fully signposted and waymarked route is easily accessible from nearby towns and villages and is served by excellent public transport links from across the county.
