Spectacular, "This is it " Leith Hill Circular

Join us on this breath taking hike up one of the highest climbs in the Southeast.  At 294M above sea level Leith Hills in the Surrey Hills won't disappoint.

Starting at the aptly named Shoe Tree Car Park (look for the namesake symbolic clue) we don't hold back and ascend to the top of Leith Hill where you'll be rewarded with stunning vistas across Surrey and beyond, oh yeah.....there's a big tower atop the hill as well.

We then walk through picturesque woodlands, alongside rambling creeks, weirs, across bridges, past a "waterfall" and of course up and down many craggy, rocky and steep hills (walking poles and appropriate footwear recommended).

At mile 6, we stop beside a lovely millpond for a drink and snack before continuing on our hilly adventure. 

Ending our hike back atop Leith Hill, you can enjoy the views and eat a picnic lunch or there is a small but lovely cafe which serves up to-die for coffee and a limited range of sumptuous snacks, ice creams and ice lollies.  We sampled the carrot cake and flapjack, also to-die for. You can also go up the Tower, free for National Trust members, £3.00 for non-members.  It is also the end of our hike where you can stay as long as you'd like, or make your way back down the steps to our cars.

We are certain you'll remember this walk for a very long time.....
