Thames Path and Green Chain; Woolwich to Abbey Wood

Start from Woolwich Elizabeth line station EX 162. We follow the Thames Path to Thamesmead and then along the Green Chain Walk, through surprisingly green spaces. We pass Southmere Lake and finish at Lesnes Abbey, where there is a cafe and toilets. An easy, flat walk on good paths.
