Walk Leader Training

Do you want to improve your map reading skills, gain a better understanding of how to lead a WKWG Ramblers walk and also get a free lunch ?

If so, come along to Fordcombe Village Hall, TN3 0RY on Saturday 30th September from 9.30 am and learn some new skills.

The planned program is:

- Reading and Interpreting a Paper OS Map 
- Using the on-line OS Maps app 
- Tips and recommendations for leading a successful group walk 

The session will include a free buffet lunch and a short walk afterwards to put into practice your skills developed during the session.
