Walmer

Meet at Borrow Pit Car Park (free). This circular route goes north along the coast to Deal from where we will head inland to Sholden via part of the White Cliffs Country Trail to Northbourne and over Down land to Ripple where we will stop for lunch. There will be time - for those who wish - to call in at either The Plough Inn or Solley’s Ice Cream Farm before we continue via Ripple windmill then pass Walmer Castle to return to the starting point by around 4pm. Please bring plenty to drink and a packed lunch if you wish.
