We start from the free car park in Churchfield Way Wye. 
Public toilets nearby.

Leaving the village we have a steady climb up onto the Downs. Taking the NDW past the Crown and the Devil’s Kneading Trough then drop down onto the Pilgrims Way and head across mainly fields to our picnic stop at Smeeth.

Half hour drink stop in the Woolpack Inn.

Heading back through the Deer Park, Nackholt Wood and Brook to our start point.

Pubs and cafes at the end for those in need of further refreshment.
